Tombland provides the city with some of its best escape rooms. Whether you play with your family, your friends or your colleagues, you’ll have fun as the clock ticks down to your escape. Rooms include the Egyptian Tomb of Akhaten, The Haunted and the Treasure of Green Beard.
A Tasty Meal
Shiki is one of the most beloved sushi restaurants in Norwich. Serving deliciously juicy sushi, sashimi and colorful bento boxes, you can wash it all down with a gulp of saké.
Cathedral
No one can forget Norwich’s most famous attractions. This gorgeous Cathedral was built in 1096, and has been a staple of Norwich ever since. They’ve even recently held an exhibit with a helter skelter inside! There are also regular events and workshops.
Bridewell Museum
Play at the museum’s escape room, or take a tour of the undercroft, or look at the collections of jewellery, curiosities and taxidermies. They also hold heritage open days and events such as a 50’s collection.
Spooky Stories
Tombland also plays host to some of the scariest ghost stories in the city. One of the spookiest is ‘the lady in grey’ the ghost of a young woman who was the only person in her family not to have succumbed to plague.
